Founded in 1995 in Austin, Texas, the firm was originally incorporated as Herndon, Stauch and Associates by Dealey Herndon and David Stauch after completing their leadership roles on the Texas Capitol Preservation and Extension Project. In 2006, after eleven successful years in project management and construction management/general contracting, the firm merged with Bury+Partners, Inc., a nationally renowned civil engineering firm. The merger enabled us to expand our project management service area geographically.
