Herndon, Stauch & Associates was the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the renovation of the ground floor of the Roller & Allensworth law office. The office is located in downtown Austin on the corner of Congress Avenue and Seventh Street, in the historic Sampson Building, the oldest structure on Congress Avenue.
The office features the firm's formal conference room, reception and waiting areas, private office space, work room, copy/mail room and kitchen area. All construction details, including the nine-foot custom oak doors with oversized iron hardware and Texas Pink granite counter-tops, complement the Austin landmark.
