HS&A was the Construction Manager/General Contractor on the Dripping Springs Intermediate School Project for the Dripping Springs Independent School District (DSISD). The Project is a single story, 76,000 square foot, elementary school. The project included significant site improvements.

The building was constructed with a pre-engineered metal building system to improve the project schedule and meet the District s budget objectives. The exterior features a Galvalume standing seam metal roof and split face CMU block in cream and pink to match the Texas Hill Country aesthetic. The project features a large library with natural light and a full service kitchen and cafeteria with a hardwood stage for assemblies and presentations. Also included are 45 oversized classrooms, each with an individual climate control system.

The project was substantially completed and turned over to DSISD on schedule and within the original budget in September 1999.
