HS&A has extensive experience working within campus masterplans to achieve design results that are compatible with the fabric of the existing campus. Working in a campus environment also requires detailed coordination with existing campus infrastructure including transportation and utility systems.
Higher education projects typically involve more stakeholders than most other projects. HS&A's project managers are very knowledgeable in working with various faculty groups, administrators, and facilities staff to understand each groups needs and goals for the project. Inevitably there is some give and take between competing interests and HS&A is experienced with balancing these interests and achieving favorable results for all stakeholders. HS&A provides clear and ongoing communication with all of these stakeholders to make sure that everyone is eventually satisfied with the final outcome.
