HS&A provides consultation services associated with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System for our own projects as well as on a consulting basis to developers, owners and design teams.
We are committed to environmental responsibility by emphasizing green building techniques and sustainable design practices providing immediate and long-term economic benefits for building owners that have significantly less impact on our natural resources. As part of this effort, we train all new hires in the theory and practice of green building, focusing on the LEED rating system.
Our LEED-accredited professionals on staff are well positioned to work with our clients, architects, general contractors, and engineering teams to establish LEED checklists and feasibility studies allowing us to monitor and track compliance as the project progresses in order to successfully achieve a LEED certification.
