

ST. EDWARD'S UNIVERSITY
HS&A was the Project Manager for partial Restoration of the Exterior of the historic Old Main Building at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. Built in 1903, Old Main is a landmark in the City of Austin and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Restoration Project included structural rehabilitation to the bell tower and roof structure, roof repair, stone and brick masonry repair and restoration, wood window and door repair and restoration, and reconstruction of the South rose window.
Construction on the Project began in January 2004 and was completed in April 2004.
HS&A coordinated the restoration work around the University's ongoing operations.
